Spa Policies
Spa services are available by appointment. We recommend scheduling your appointment as 2 days in advance to ensure availability. To reserve any spa services, we require a credit card . For your convenience, online booking is available. We accept Visa, Master card, Discover and Cash.
Cancellation Policy:
 If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours notice of your scheduled appointment, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken your scheduled appointment time. For this reason we are still obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for our lost revenue. But, we're reasonable. We understand that emergencies do "come up." Therefore, we only charge 50% of the services that would have been rendered. However, if you fail to appear for your appointment without attempting to cancel your appointment beforehand, a full fee is charged to your credit card for missing appointment. A 48-hours cancellation notice is required for any spa packages or multiple services booked to avoid a 50% charge of your schedule appointment. This is why we require a credit card from you to guarantee your reservation.
Check In:
A valid photo ID is required at check in. We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. This allow you ample time to fill out a client profile.
Late Arrivals:
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and you will be responsible for full service fees.
Loss or Damage
We suggest you arrange for your valuables prior to your visit with us. We do not take any responsibilities for items that you lost at the spa.
Gratuities Policy:
For your convenience, a 15% gratuity will be add on all spa packages or parties of 2 or more guests, additional gratuity is appreciated and accepted for exceptional service.
Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift certificate must be presented to front desk upon check-in of your scheduled appointment. Your Gift Certificate Number is required to book your appointment. If you forget to bring your gift certificate to your appointment, you will be responsible for payment. Gift Certificates are final sale, cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. If gratuity has not been included on your gift certificate, an 15% gratuity charge will be added to the ticket upon check out.

At the time of your treatment, if you are not satisfied with your Therapist, let us know immediately. We will change Therapists until you are content with your service. If the service has been rendered, we cannot provide a refund. Thank you for your cooperation!
Spa Etiquette:
Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa Guests' right to privacy and serenity. Keep cell phones and other electronic device quiet.Our entire spa is a non-smoking facility.
Client Agreement:
The purpose of massage therapy is relaxation, stress reduction, relief from muscular tension or spasm and for increasing circulation and energy flow. The massage therapist does not diagnose illness, disease or any other physical or mental disorder. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical attention, and it is essential that all health information provided be true and correct. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made will result in immediate termination of the session, and the customer will be liable for payment of the scheduled appointment. Following such instance, the client will not be permitted to receive any further treatments.
Health, Allergies, or Pregnancy Considerations:

When visiting or calling for your appointment, please make sure to notify our staff if you have any health conditions, limitation allergies to any product. if you are pregnant.We also encourage for you to alert our therapist immediately for any discomfort during your treatment.
