Spa Policies
Spa services are available by appointment. We recommend scheduling your appointment as 2 days in advance to ensure availability. To reserve any spa services, we require a credit card . For your convenience, online booking is available. We accept Visa, Master card, Discover and Cash. Any credit card or debit card payment will be added $3 surcharge.
Cancellation Policy:

Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a 50% service fee charge

Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

Check In:

A valid photo ID is required at check in. We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. This allow you ample time to fill out a client profile.

Early Leaving:

Any early leaving session will not receive any credit or refund.

Tub Prefill :

We will not prefill the tub until customer checked in. Optional prefill tub services are available by add $15.

Courtesy reminders:

Customers are responsible for finishing spa session on time. Courtesy reminders are not guaranteed.

Overtime Session

Any customer staying overtime spa session without prior notification will automatically be charged $2/ Per Minutes

Inspection and Notification

Customer must inspect the spa room entirely before the session starts, if any defect , please let us know immediately. 

After spa session start, Customers must accept spa room  as "As-is " condition.

If any spa room fixtures are not functioning properly, customers need to report within first 10 minutes of the spa session by using Intercom. Any after session complaints will not receive any reimbursements

Late Arrivals:
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and you will be responsible for full service fees.
Loss or Damage
We suggest you arrange for your valuables prior to your visit with us. We do not take any responsibilities for items that you lost at the spa.
Gratuities Policy:
For your convenience, a 15% gratuity will be add on all spa packages or parties of 2 or more guests, additional gratuity is appreciated and accepted for exceptional service.
Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift certificate must be presented to front desk upon check-in of your scheduled appointment. Your Gift Certificate Number is required to book your appointment. If you forget to bring your gift certificate to your appointment, you will be responsible for payment. Gift Certificates are final sale, cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. If gratuity has not been included on your gift certificate, an 15% gratuity charge will be added to the ticket upon check out.
At Graceful Services, we aim to please:
At the time of your treatment, if you are not satisfied with your Therapist, let us know immediately. We will change Therapists until you are content with your service. If the service has been rendered, we cannot provide a refund. Thank you for your cooperation!
Spa Etiquette:
Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa Guests' right to privacy and serenity. Keep cell phones and other electronic device quiet.Our entire spa is a non-smoking facility.

Minimum Age Requirements:

Spa guests must be at least 18 years of age. Guest under age of 18 may not enter or use spa facilities.

Health, Allergies, or Pregnancy Considerations:

When visiting or calling for your appointment, please make sure to notify our staff if you have any health conditions, limitation allergies to any product. if you are pregnant.We also encourage for you to alert our therapist immediately for any discomfort during your treatment.
